Honoring Those Who Serve — Helping Our Heroes Move With Savings
At Coastal Properties Group, we are proud to honor those who dedicate their lives to serving others. Through our partnership with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, we are able to offer the LeadingRE Heroes Program — a real estate benefits program designed to provide meaningful savings to our community heroes when relocating to or from the Tampa Bay area.
Who Qualifies
The program is available to individuals employed in eligible service professions, including:
• Active Military & Veterans
• Doctors & Nurses
• First responders (Police, Fire, and EMTs)
• Teachers
How it Works
Eligible participants relocating through the LeadingRE network can receive a 20% rebate based on the agent’s functional commission at closing — a small way of saying thank you for your service.
This program is available exclusively for relocation clients who are moving to or from the Tampa Bay area through a LeadingRE referral.
